Do you want to perfect your program design or gain a better understanding of exercise progressions and short-term periodization? Our Coaching Mentorship will provide you the tools necessary to develop effective exercise progressions and short-term training programs.
Available in 3-week and 6-weeks, you will have weekly 60-minute calls over Zoom with a Poliquin Coach where you will learn how short-term training programs would be developed based on the needs of the individual client.
A mentorship will offer you a detailed insight into the details of exercise progression and designing short-term training programs. You decide the type of strength qualities discussed and you will have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered during your series of calls.
It is important to note that there is no set curriculum for mentorships. The content of the mentorship is developed from the questions you have and the strength qualities you would like to cover.
Case studies and other homework will be assigned after each call based on the topic(s) discussed to ensure retention of the information covered. Questions, case studies, and homework are required to be submitted at least 24-hours before the scheduled calls.
Mentorships do not teach or replace any of our certifications or courses.
