- 4 training phases (16 weeks) with 3-4 days of workouts (dependent on training level) focusing on building muscle

Custom Training Includes all of the above PLUS:

- 4 Monthly 30-minute calls with a Poliquin Coach to review your upcoming workouts and progress update
How It Works:
- You will gain access to your first program and the community on November 1
- With the Pre-Launch Special your next payment will not be until March 1, 2024
- Additional payments will be made every 112 days (16 weeks)
- Custom Training: Within 24 business hours on enrollment, you will receive a link to set up your consultation with a Poliquin Coach
What's Your Training Level?
There is no precise determination of your training level- it's a continuum. Below are general guidelines you can follow
- Beginner: 0-3 years of consistent training
- Advanced: 3+ years of consistent training
Exercise Equipment
These are strength training-based workouts. We understand you may not have access to every piece of equipment in a program. You will be provided guidance of exercise variations as alternatives, but you should at least have access to these pieces of equipment:
- Adjustable Bench
- Squat Rack
- Dumbbells
- Barbell
- Cable/Pulley Machine
- Leg Curl
- Leg Press
